PROJECTS

Salem Kroc Center

Tree Hugger Consulting is working with CB | 2 Architects, LLC on the LEED certification process for this wonderful community center in Salem, Oregon.  The project is targeting LEED Silver under Version 2.2.  It is funded by donations from the community and an endowment from Ray and Joan Kroc of McDonalds fame.

WaterPlace

We are working with CB | 2 Architects and Construction on certifying this office building and restaurant complex in downtown Salem as LEED Gold under the Core and Shell program.

Salem Window Replacement

We recently replaced the windows in a Salem manufactured home with Penguin Windows.  The existing windows were not installed correctly, leaving gaps between the outside frame and the trim, and were leaking water into the home.  The installers did a great job and were very professional.  Penguin promises a 40% reduction in the cost to heat and cool your home when you install their windows.  Not all the windows were replaced, but we will keep you posted as to whether any energy savings are noticed.
